empty shampoo body wash dispensers

the location was acceptable because it put me near the southern cross station.

i booked a twin room city view. the empty shampoo and body wash dispensers were problems. they never refilled these after i called someone. there was a real lack of soap.

decent stay overall

modern equipment amazing breakfast blocked view missing swimwears

the gym is good. it has modern equipment. there is ample space. the breakfast selection was amazing. there were customized eggs available. friendly staff served me.

i booked a room that said 'with a river view'. upon arrival, i was allotted a room with just buildings all around. there was zero view. the room service took my and our son's swim wears along with towels. they have since never responded about the status of it.
